These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Some Of It All LLC website and the services we provide. By using this website or requesting services from us, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

Some Of It All LLC provides towing, roadside assistance, hot shot and auto transport, trailer/RV/boat relocation, and emergency fuel delivery in Mathis and the South Texas Coastal Bend, with scheduled transport available statewide and cross-country. We operate under USDOT 3901876 and MC-1437719.

Quotes and estimates

Any price we give before a job is an estimate based on the information you provide. It is not a binding contract until we confirm the job with you. The final price may change if actual conditions differ — for example, distance, the size or condition of the vehicle or load, access to the location, wait time, or after-hours service.

Scheduling and cancellations

We do our best to arrive and complete work on time, but arrival and completion times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, road conditions, and demand. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible at (361) 436-1300.

Payment

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, payment is due when the service is completed. We'll let you know which payment methods we accept at the time of service.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about yourself, your vehicle or load, and the locations involved;
• Confirm that you own the vehicle or property, or are authorized to arrange its towing, transport, or relocation;
• Remove valuables and personal items before service where possible — we are not responsible for items left inside a vehicle;
• Disclose any known condition (for example, a vehicle that is not running, is modified, or is inoperable) that could affect the job.

Liability

We perform our services with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Some Of It All LLC is not liable for pre-existing damage or mechanical conditions; ordinary wear or issues that arise from a vehicle's existing state; items left in a vehicle; or delays or losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, traffic, accidents, or acts of God. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. We carry insurance for the work we do; if you believe damage occurred during our service, please contact us promptly so we can address it.

The content on this website — text, images, logos, and design — belongs to Some Of It All LLC and may not be copied or used without permission. The website is provided "as is," and we do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

Third-party links

Our website may link to third-party sites or services (such as Google Maps). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or county courts serving San Patricio County, Texas, unless otherwise required by law.
